Det behövs därför ev dubbla uppsättningen funktionärer. För att klara av uppgiften som skrivare och ögon bör man ha agilityerfarenhet. Tjp: vara skytt, sitta i båten, lägga ut fågel på sök och dirigering, kasta fågel på markeringen, sekreterare till domaren, köra ut fika & lunch till domare & övriga funktionärer WT: vara skytt, lägga ut dummies på sök och dirigering, kasta dummies på markering, köra ut fika & lunch till domare och övriga funktionärer. Utställning: hjälpa till att sätta upp tält, ställa fram bord och stolar, sätta upp rosetter, göra ringarna, se till att domare och ringsekreterare får fika Övrigt: hjälpa till i sekretariatet under öppettiderna torsdag-söndag

Therefore we might need double set of volunteers. To cope with the task of writer and "eyes" you should have agility experience. Tolling Field Trial: be shooter, sit in the boat, lay out birds in search area and direction, throwing birds in marking, secretary to the judge, deliver snacks and lunch to judge and other volunteers. WT: be shooter, lay out dummies in search area and direction, throwing marking dummies, deliver snacks and lunch to judge and other volunteers. Show: help to put up the tent, set up tables and chairs, set up ribbons, put up rings, deliver snacks to judge and ring steward. Other: assist in the Secretariat during the opening hours Thursday-Sunday
